You have the turkey and stuffing recipes, now you need the gravy--Giblet Gravy!Giblet GravyBoil the giblets in salted water for about 45 - 60 minutes. Chop and set aside.Put the broth from the turkey (add Swanson's chicken broth if needed), in a pot. Add the chopped giblets and 2 - 4 chopped hard boiled eggs. Heat and bring to a boil. Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup gravy flour ( I use Wondra) to thicken.
