Boom Operator Internship, SAG Feature Film (June 23-July 17)

Excellent opportunity for a motivated, responsible, fast learner with an interest in gaining professional level experience in the sound department of an ultra-low SAG feature film being shot in west central NH from June 23-July 17. The right candidate has good interpersonal & communication skills, the ability to conduct themselves professionally, and a strong interest in learning and applying the tools and techniques for capturing clean dialog on a film set. Some previous experience with film/video sound or recording on some level is strongly recommended. Upper level film students are encouraged to apply. Housing (if non-local) and meals are included. Upon successful completion of the internship, someone demonstrating proficiency as a boom operator will be eligible for hire on future productions by the supervising location sound mixer.
